The aim was to create a modern website with clear target group entry points, automated flows and simple administration. We embarked on a project in the world of commercial property in collaboration with listed property company Stendörren.
Stendörren Fastigheter AB is a property company listed on Nasdaq Stockholm under the Mid Cap segment. They own, manage and develop warehouses, offices and premises for storage, logistics and industrial purposes. As one of Sweden’s largest companies within its sector, the company needed a website that conveyed authority, expertise and clarity.
Helping Stendörren’s different target groups navigate their way has been a central aspect of the project. The various subject areas were all competing for priority on the home page. It was just as important for existing tenants to have access to quick service as it was for vacant premises to be easily viewed and filtered by potential tenants. The substantial Investor Relations section of the company needed to be able to present the latest information to its shareholders, while the careers pages had to attract potential employees. We worked with Stendörren to create a carefully planned sitemap that resolved this challenge, while keeping the site flexible should priorities change in the future.
In addition to a clear content strategy, one of the linchpins of the project involved automating flows from various external systems. Stendörren’s constant stream of table-heavy financial information, press releases and newsletters was seamlessly integrated into the WordPress platform so that tenants, shareholders and the general public had a shared experience. Vitec was also integrated to allow them to manage vacant premises.
Stendörren’s premises not only make a difference for the businesses of its tenants, they also make a difference for the areas in which they are located, for the people living and working there – and for their shareholders. Working with them combines passion with expertise, just the way Triggerfish likes it. So it’s great to be continuing with our partnership.
