GodEl’s existing My Pages had served private customers well. But the limitations of it became barriers of growth as new conditions and objectives emerged on the horizon. With enterprise customers now a priority, it became clear that their current touchpoints weren’t designed around their specific needs. At the same time, new regulations for electricity suppliers demanded a level of flexibility the old platform simply couldn’t offer.
From friction to flow
We worked alongside GodEl to transform technological friction into seamless digital experiences that actually work for their users. We started the transition with comprehensive research to understand what was working and what needed to change. Through workshops, audits, and user testing conducted in close collaboration with the GodEl team, a whole new version of My Pages took shape, a version meeting the needs of both the customers and GodEl.
